The Royal Swedish Navy Cadet Band, RSwNCB is a military band consisting of youth in the ages 13-25 years. The Royal Swedish Navy Cadet Band co-operates with the professional Navy Band and the Armed Forces Music Centre and is stationed in the Naval city of Karlskrona. The RSwNCB is the only youth band in Sweden which is approved for the greatest military ceremonial duty: the changing of the guards at the Royal Castle.
 
The primary goal of the band is to keep a high musical quality, as well as strict and impressive military parades. This is accomplished by continuous repetition, musical parades and concerts; both in Sweden and in foreign countries. The band also aspires to be a natural choice for youth who are aiming for a musical service in the Armed Forces.
 
Avanti per Patria! is a new CD with the Royal Swedish Navy Cadet Band. The Record features a wide range of marches from Sweden and the World. The CD was recorded in cooperation with the Section for Digital Media at the Blekinge Institute of Technology. The record is sold here on this site.
